Terms of service

Welcome to Lady Jay Creations LLC terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Clients must make a booking at least two weeks in advance.

  2. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. Cancellations without rescheduling requires full payment 7 days before  booking session prior to scheduled day.

  3. Clients may reschedule their session up to 7 days before the booked time.

  4. Final payment is due 7 days before the day of the portraits, events and Photo Booth sessions. And two weeks before wedding scheduled day.

  5. Clients will receive edited photographs within two weeks after the photoshoot.

  6. Lady Jay Creations LLC retains all copyrights to the photographs taken.

  7. Clients have the right to print and share their photographs for personal use only.

  8. Commercial use of the photographs requires written permission from Lady Jay Creations LLC.
